With over 22 years of experience owning and leading Ella Blū, she continues to guide the brand’s growth with a focus on empowering women through style, confidence, and exceptional boutique experiences.

From growing up at Santa’s Land Amusement Park in Cherokee, NC, to graduating from Western Carolina University with a degree in Business Management, Randy brings more than 25 years of experience in franchising and business ownership. Having successfully owned and operated Atlanta Bread Company and Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill franchises, he brings decades of hands-on operational expertise to Ella Blū.

As COO, Randy oversees real estate, lease strategy, and daily operations, supporting franchisees in opening beautiful, high-performing boutiques nationwide.

With over five years of experience at Ella Blū, Sara plays a key role in shaping the brand’s identity and growth. As Director of Marketing, she oversees all aspects of social media strategy, brand development, and creative direction to ensure consistency across every touchpoint. In addition to leading marketing initiatives, Sara works closely with new franchise owners, providing guidance in store setup, staffing, and brand integration to ensure a seamless launch and continued success. Her expertise and leadership contribute greatly to maintaining Ella Blū’s reputation as a trusted and fashion-forward women’s boutique.

With a background in social media strategy, photography, and design, Haley brings a creative and modern approach to Ella Blū’s digital presence. Beginning her career as a Social Media Coordinator for a private school system in 2019, she transitioned into the boutique industry in 2021 as a Social Media Marketing Manager before joining Ella Blū. Now based in Hickory, NC, Haley oversees the brand’s digital content and online strategy—capturing the elevated style, confidence, and connection that define the Ella Blū experience.

A Hickory, North Carolina native and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill graduate, Karsen is the proud owner of the first Ella Blu franchise, located in Davidson, North Carolina. With a passion for fashion, community, and entrepreneurship, she embodies the Ella Blū brand through her dedication to exceptional client experiences and boutique excellence. Karsen’s leadership and style set the standard for future franchisees as Ella Blū continues to grow across the Southeast.
